Kostas Vasiliou currently serves as the Head of Network Engineering at VICTUS Networks since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kostas was employed by Huawei Technologies from February 2012 to March 2023, holding positions as Wireless Solution Sales Manager and Service Delivery Manager. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Vodafone Greece, where Kostas occupied various managerial roles such as Radio Systems Senior Manager, Head of Network Systems Department, and System Testing & Optimization Manager from April 1998 to January 2012. Additionally, Kostas worked as a Telecommunication Systems Engineer at Intracom Telecom from February 1992 to March 1998. Academically, Kostas holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace and two degrees from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace: a DEA in Microwave Electronics and a Diplome de Specialization in Aerospace Electronics.

VICTUS Networks is a Mobile Network Sharing Company created by the joint venture of Vodafone Greece and NOVA (with 50:50 participation). The company’s main objective is to manage the Radio Access and Transport Networks (RAN) of its parent companies and, in parallel, implement a partial active radio network sharing (MORAN) for the 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G technologies mostly in rural and in selected urban areas of Greece.
