Panagiotis Zafeiris is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in radio systems and RAN configuration. Currently serving as a Radio Systems Senior Engineer at VICTUS Networks since March 2014, Panagiotis specializes in configuring RAN systems across various technologies including GSM, UTRAN, LTE, and NR. Prior to this role, Panagiotis worked at Vodafone from May 2006 to March 2014 as a Radio Systems Engineer, focusing on RAN configuration management and data configuration for nodeb/bts and RNC/BSC. Panagiotis holds a degree from the University of West Attica, completed in 2005.

VICTUS Networks is a Mobile Network Sharing Company created by the joint venture of Vodafone Greece and NOVA (with 50:50 participation). The company’s main objective is to manage the Radio Access and Transport Networks (RAN) of its parent companies and, in parallel, implement a partial active radio network sharing (MORAN) for the 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G technologies mostly in rural and in selected urban areas of Greece.
