Paraskevi (Parsy) Apostolou is a seasoned Radio Network and Service Quality Engineer with extensive experience at VICTUS Networks since March 2014 and previously at WIND HELLAS from June 2004 to March 2014. Expertise includes analyzing and reporting radio network performance and quality through the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators and utilizing various analytical tools such as Qlik Sense and MyCom NIMSPrOptima. Proficient in preparing detailed reports, network monitoring, and problem identification, with a strong focus on improving radio network quality and interacting with both internal teams and external vendors. Holds a Master's degree in Advanced Informatics and Computing Systems from the University of Piraeus, complemented by a foundational education in engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
