Veatriki Pappa is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee experience and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Employee Experience Lead at VICTUS Networks since September 2014, Veatriki has held various roles including HR Business Partner and Resourcing Specialist. Prior to VICTUS Networks, Veatriki worked at HERACLES Group, a member of LafargeHolcim, from December 2008 to September 2014, contributing as a Country Learning and Training Supervisor and Learning & Training Coordinator. Earlier experience includes an internship at Egnatia Odos S.A. in 2006. Veatriki holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Cardiff University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Macedonia.

VICTUS Networks is a Mobile Network Sharing Company created by the joint venture of Vodafone Greece and NOVA (with 50:50 participation). The company’s main objective is to manage the Radio Access and Transport Networks (RAN) of its parent companies and, in parallel, implement a partial active radio network sharing (MORAN) for the 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G technologies mostly in rural and in selected urban areas of Greece.
