Vlasis Hartsias is an experienced Associate Senior Radio Systems Engineer with a robust background in radio planning and network management. Currently at Victus Networks since March 2014, Vlasis oversees the LTE upgrade project for Vodafone Greece, coordinating work orders and new site rollouts, as well as planning network sharing for Vodafone and Wind. Prior to this role, from March 2000 to March 2014, Vlasis served in a similar capacity at Vodafone, focusing on GSM/UMTS network planning across various regions, including West Greece and southern Albania. Vlasis holds a BEng(Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Postgraduate Diploma in Telecommunications Principles from Aston University. Skills include communication, teamwork, project leadership, and problem-solving.
