Robert Beauregard

Robert Beauregard has extensive work experience in procurement and materials management. Robert has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Manager of Purchasing at Slater Steels Inc. in 1997. Robert then moved on to become the Corporate Commodities Manager at Faurecia Automotive Seating Canada Ltd. In 2004, they joined CompX Waterloo as the Materials Manager before being promoted to Director of Purchasing & Materials Management. Robert later worked at Knape & Vogt - Waterloo as the Director of Purchasing & Materials Management. Continuing their career, they joined IMT Transportation Group as the Director of Purchasing and eventually took up the position of Director, Purchasing at Vicwest Building Products. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President Procurement at Vicwest Building Products.

Robert Beauregard has a diverse education history. In 1993-1995, they attended Mohawk College and obtained a degree in Chemical Technician. In 1999-2000, they pursued a Certificate in Purchasing from Sheridan College. In 1999-2001, they studied Metallurgy of Iron & Steel at McMaster University. In 2006, they completed the Management 2 - Advanced Managers Course at the Schulich Executive Education Center - York University. Continuing their education, in 2013-2014, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt from the Schulich Executive Education Center - York University. Lastly, in 2015, they received training in Global MMOG/LE Implementation at the Automotive Industry Action Group.
