Dorothy Day Baden-Mayer

Dorothy Day Baden-Mayer is a certified Pilates teacher at VIDA Fitness & Aura Spa, showcasing expertise as a classically trained comprehensive instructor skilled in utilizing various Pilates apparatus. With a background in competitive sports, Dorothy focuses on developing customized fitness programs that enhance clients’ health and wellness. Previous professional experiences include serving as a Pilates teacher at Life Time Inc. and a first-grade teacher at Falls Church City Public Schools, where Dorothy was a Teacher of the Year nominee in 2022 and served as the Math Curriculum Lead Teacher. Additionally, Dorothy has a foundation in UX/UI design from an immersive apprenticeship at Bloc and has held various educational roles within Fairfax County Public Schools. Dorothy holds a BA in History from The University of Texas at Austin, an MA in Elementary Education from George Mason University, and attended the University of Richmond School of Law.
