Christina Juarez

Christina Juarez is an experienced health coach with a strong background in both virtual and in-person coaching. Currently serving as a Health Coach Lead and Bilingual Health Coach at Vida Health since August 2020, Christina provides one-on-one coaching to clients. As a self-employed Integrative Health and Wellness Coach since January 2018, personalized coaching has been a focus. Prior experience includes working as a Patient Advocate/Health Coach at Big Bend Regional Hospital District, where Christina contributed to chronic disease prevention initiatives and community food projects. Previous roles as a Store Manager at SEPHORA, Senior Team Lead at Target, Visual Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, and Social Science Research Associate at The University of Texas Health Science Center highlight a diverse skill set encompassing management, training, and research. Christina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
