Julie Feneis

Julie Feneis currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Operations for Client Success at Vida Health, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Julie was a Program Manager at Aledade, Inc., where leadership of a cross-functional team focused on managing Medicare-facing clinical programs took place from January 2023 to July 2025. Previous experience includes managing the design and implementation of primary and urgent care services at Carbon Health, as well as strategic project management roles at Blue Shield of California, where responsibilities encompassed developing communications governance strategies and enhancing accountable care organization processes. Julie's extensive background also encompasses leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group and project management responsibilities at the State of Minnesota's Department of Human Services and the University of Minnesota. Julie holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University, a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
