Pandu Patria Sjahrir

Pandu Sjahrir is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and strategic leadership across various sectors. Since January 2011, Pandu has served as Vice President Director and Chief Financial Officer of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk, where major accomplishments include the successful consolidation of mining entities and an IPO, resulting in significant revenue growth. Additionally, Pandu is the Vice President Director of PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara, a key player in the Toba Sejahtra group. As a founding partner at AC Ventures and Managing Partner at Indies Capital Partners, Pandu focuses on private financing in Southeast Asia. In governance roles, Pandu has been a board member of GO-JEK, a prominent technology service company in Indonesia, and has held multiple advisory positions, including Senior Advisor at The Abraaj Group. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University and dual MBAs from Stanford University.
