Rachel Irawan

Rachel Irawan has held a variety of roles since 2008, beginning with Customer Service Representative at Oakleigh Capital Limited. Rachel then held the role of Customer Service Trainer and Head of Client Services at the same company. In 2012, they became a Marketing Communication at PT Bank Victoria International Tbk. In 2015, Rachel joined PT Krista Media as a Marketing professional. In 2019, they moved to SalesPond as a Sales Development Representative. In 2021, Rachel began working at ADVANCE.AI as an Inside Sales Representative and Business Development Manager. Rachel is currently a Business Development Manager at VIDA Digital Identity, a position they have held since 2022.

Rachel Irawan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, obtained in 2011, with a field of study in Management. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Adventist University of the Philippines, obtained in 2008, with a field of study in Management Accounting. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in 2021: Cold-Calling Directors and Executives (December), Sales Discovery (September), and Sales: Handling Objections (September).
