Vida Volunteer
Jessica Nelson has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as a Clinical Research Assistant and Medical Scribe at the Schapiro Center for MS since April 2019, while also working as a Medical Scribe for Emergency Physicians, PA since January 2018. In addition, Jessica has participated in a medical mission trip with Vida Volunteer since March 2018, providing essential medical care to underserved communities in Nicaragua. As a Yoga Instructor at Studio One Yoga and Massage since June 2015, Jessica utilizes knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to promote health and mindfulness among students. Jessica graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University in 2019 and completed a High School Diploma at Stillwater Area High School in 2015.
