Miranda Kirby

Miranda Kirby is an Associate Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University, where they contribute to the field of medical biophysics. They have previously served as an Assistant Professor at Ryerson University and have held various prestigious postdoctoral fellowships, including the CIHR Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Heart Lung Innovation. Miranda was also involved with the Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology, serving as both a Director of Grants and a member of the Grant Committee. They earned a Ph.D. in Medical Biophysics and a Bachelor of Science with an Honors Double Major in Applied Mathematics and Biology from Western University.
