Shanna Lynnes

Shanna Lynnes has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Shanna is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at VIDA since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Garmin International for over 11 years, starting in January 2010 as the Manager of Human Resources/Employee Relations/Experienced Recruitment and leaving in August 2021. Before Garmin, they worked at CH2M Hill from April 2007 to December 2009, initially as a Sourcing Recruiter & Executive Search Coordinator and later as a Sourcing Recruiter. Their earliest work experience in the field was as a Staffing Manager at Ajilon Finance, where they worked from August 2004 to April 2007.

Shanna Lynnes obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Communications from Ottawa University in 2002. Shanna also holds certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) from HRCI, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
