Ting-Yu Liang

Ting-Yu (Vicky) Liang is an experienced professional currently serving as a Content Operations Specialist at VIDAA since September 2022, focusing on managing smart TV apps, ad programming, and data reporting for global stakeholders. Prior to this, Liang worked as a Course Assistant at Gies College of Business, supporting the Process Management course, and as an Operations Coordinator for ZEASN in the Asia-Pacific region, where significant improvements in app management and customer satisfaction were achieved. Early career experience includes roles at Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd, the Institute for Information Industry, Smart M, and Lepont Electronic Inc., all contributing to skills in operations, research, marketing, and digital strategy. Liang holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from Gies College of Business and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Advertising and Ethnology from National Chengchi University, complemented by exchange studies at Meiji University and The University of Hong Kong.
