Nyel Estrada

Nyel Estrada has extensive experience in the customer service and hospitality sectors, with a focus on management roles. Currently serving as Dispensary Manager at VidaCann since July 2021, Nyel has advanced through various positions including Assistant Manager, Senior Dispensing Specialist, and Sales Specialist. Prior experience includes the role of Front Office Supervisor at TRYP by Wyndham for a brief period in 2021 and a similar position at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from November 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included providing exceptional guest experiences. Nyel began a career in customer service at Planet Fitness Headquarters as a Member Services Representative, managing front desk operations from September 2014 to September 2016. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Computer Engineering from Valencia College and a high school diploma from Mount Sinai High School, graduated in 2013.
