Tina Randello

Tina Randello is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager for Makeup Cartel at VidaCorp since June 2025, Tina also founded The Encoreship in June 2020, an initiative dedicated to providing employment opportunities and training for women returning to the workforce. Tina has held prominent positions such as Chief Commercial Officer at Alpha-H, where brand recognition as a cosmeceutical leader was significantly enhanced, and Global Marketing Director for SUKIN Natural Skincare at BWX Limited, where strategic brand positioning and expansion occurred. Additionally, Tina contributed as a Board Member for Support The Girls Australia, advocating for women's dignity and wellbeing through the distribution of essential products. Tina's prior experience includes key marketing and innovation roles at Laminex Australia, Fonterra, and DuluxGroup, along with a foundational role as a Research Chemist at Orica. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Melbourne and a Master's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Monash University.
