Renato Diederen

Renato Diederen has extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, currently serving as a Begeleider at Vidar since January 2021. Prior to this role, Renato worked as a Begeleider at Vixia BV from May 2020 to January 2021. From April 1999 to May 2020, Renato held various positions at APG, including Applicatie en Procesinrichter and Application Manager, focusing on incident, problem, request, and acceptance management, and is certified in ITIL and BISL. Renato also has experience as a Beheerder TI Telecom, functioning as a Functional Engineer for Voice systems and overseeing second line incident and problem management. Earlier in the career, Renato worked at KPN from April 1991 to April 1999 as a Detachering Engineer GZM, managing large telecommunications changes. Renato holds an MTS in Electronica.
