Andrei Ceranu currently serves as the Global Leader for Talent Acquisition at vidaXL, overseeing the operational management of the global talent acquisition strategy and leading multiple international teams. With past roles including Talent Acquisition Team Leader and Recruiter at vidaXL, Andrei has focused on enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences while implementing structured onboarding processes. Additionally, Andrei co-founded STAR Talent Spotters, providing executive search and talent management consultancy services. Previous experience includes recruitment roles at Luxoft, UniCredit Services, and NTT DATA Romania, with expertise in telecommunications, automotive, and finance sectors. Andrei holds two master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Occupational Health Psychology, along with a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
