Neri Basque serves as the Global VP of IT Global Service Delivery Management & Solutions at Concentrix since September 2016, overseeing IT Service Delivery Management and Connected Care Solutions globally while also participating as a technology solution speaker in an innovation council. Neri has been a board member at VidCruiter since September 2012, contributing to the development of a comprehensive hiring platform that utilizes video interviewing technology. Previously, Neri served as VP of Solutions Architecture & IT Governance at The Minacs Group, managing architecture and IT governance teams to enhance client value. Neri's past experience includes consulting roles and executive positions at Virtual Agent Services, leading IT and strategic development efforts across North America and Europe. Neri began a career at Aliant from 1997 to 2001, holding senior account management and engineering roles. Neri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science from the University of Moncton.
