Azmi Suhaimi has a wealth of experience in various roles in the digital and marketing industries. Azmi began their career in 2010 as an Account Coordinator/Intern at BBDO Singapore. Azmi then moved on to Regional Account Executive at the same company in 2012. In 2013, they became Co-Founder (SG) & Global Head of Social Media at HotelQuickly Ltd. After that, they worked as Social Media Marketing Lead for ZALORA Group from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined SGAG as Strategy and Partnerships, where they strategized and successfully executed the shift to monetisation for the largest online humour community in Singapore. From 2017 to 2018, they were Co-Founder of Koopman/Co, Singapore's first interactive menswear store. During this time, they also served as a Speaker at the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC). In 2018, they became Co-Founder of WeOne - One Gaming World, a unifying platform that connects members of the esports and gaming community. In 2021, they joined CryptoZen as an Advisor - Trading & DeFi Strategy and Viddsee as an Account Director. At Viddsee, they were part of a team that won MARKies (Marketing Interactive) Awards 2022 for their work on “The Seekers” and “#fACE Female ACE”.
Azmi Suhaimi completed their Bachelor of Arts (with Merit) in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore between 2007 and 2010. In 2009, they also completed a course in Communication and Media Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.
