Nancy J Drugan has extensive experience in quality management and project coordination within various manufacturing and service organizations. Currently serving as a Traffic Coordinator at Video Caption Corporation since June 2015, Nancy tracks projects from order to delivery while also handling accounts receivable. Previous roles include Quality Control Manager at Dorsey Metrology International, where Nancy developed the ISO 17025 calibration quality management system, and Quality Manager at Vantage Manufacturing & Assembly, LLC., noted for maintaining quality standards and achieving runner up for Assembly Plant of the Year.
