Craig Reilly

Craig Reilly has extensive work experience in the field of information systems and technology. Craig started their career in 1994 as an Audio Visual Technician at AVS of RI / massAV and later worked as an Audio Visual Producer at PSAV from 1997 to 2003. At PSAV, they were responsible for account and event management, utilizing consultative sales approaches and ensuring profitability. Craig then joined American AVC in 2003, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer and was involved in software development and maintenance of web applications. In 2015, they joined Video West Inc as the Director of IT, where they implemented company policies and technical procedures to preserve data security, increased inter-department communication, and ensured network availability. Their roles at Video West also included Director of Infrastructure and currently as the VP of Information Systems. Additionally, Craig has volunteered with SkillsUSA since 1998, assisting in the management of their annual competitive events for career and technical education students.

Craig Reilly obtained an Associate in Science Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University in 1995. Craig then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Science from the same university between 1995 and 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Craig obtained the following: COVID-19 Compliance Officer (C19CO) certification from Health Education Services in September 2020, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in December 2014, MCSA: Office 365 certification from Microsoft in December 2014, 3cx Advanced Certified certification from 3CX in December 2013. Additionally, Craig has a ZyXEL Certified Network Professional certification, but the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
