Joni Hamilton, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Benefits Manager at VideoAmp, where responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of benefits and enhancing employee engagement through wellness and retention strategies. Previously, Joni held the role of Benefits Manager at Smith & Associates, overseeing health, life, leave, and retirement benefits for over 1,000 employees.
