Suzanne Willard has over two decades of experience in software engineering and management roles. Suzanne is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Videoamp, where they lead a product-focused software engineering team and has improved team performance through implementing best practices and streamlining processes. Prior to Videoamp, Suzanne worked as the Director of Engineering at Respondent Inc, where they led a software engineering team and was responsible for technology and security operations. Suzanne also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at GitHub, overseeing projects and coordinating data engineering teams. Before that, Suzanne was the Manager of Application Development at Starbucks, where they supervised an integration services team and implemented a global enterprise API Gateway. Suzanne began their career as a Software Developer Consultant at Sila Solutions Group and spent over 14 years at GE Healthcare as a Principal Software Engineer.

Suzanne Willard has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Newbury College, obtained from 1987 to 1989. Suzanne also has a Certificate in Computer Programming from Brick Computer Science Institute, earned from 1995 to 1997. In 2015, they completed a course on Developing RESTful Web Services in Java at DevelopIntelligence and also attended a Java Boot Camp. In 2014, they received training in 10X Software Engineering, Service Oriented Architecture, Software Design, Web API Design & RESTful Web Services from Construx. Suzanne also has a Certificate in Complete HTML5 Training, HTML 4 Training, and Complete Android Training from Technology Learning Group, Inc in 2012. Additionally, they are a Certified Java Programmer, obtained a certificate from Sun Microsystems in 2007. Suzanne earned their high school diploma from Point Pleasant High School in 1986.
