Kemal OZISIKCILAR is an experienced senior commercial leader currently serving as the Senior Commercial Director for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Videojet Technologies since June 2014. In this role, Kemal drives growth and market expansion through strategic planning and oversees a revenue responsibility of approximately $200M, while enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. Kemal has previously held positions such as General Manager for EEMEA Channel Partners and Country Manager for Eastern Europe and Turkey at Videojet, illustrating a strong track record in managing large teams and significant P&L responsibilities. Prior to Videojet, Kemal served as General Manager at Gintem Madde Yönetimi A.Ş. and held various leadership roles at DuPont and Mondial Assistance International S.A., demonstrating expertise in sales, marketing, and business development across multiple regions. Kemal holds an MBA from Koç University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
