Brendan Opie

Brendan Opie has a diverse work experience. Brendan most recently worked at Videoly as a Senior Sales Development Representative, starting in September 2022. Before that, they held the role of Sales Development Representative at the same company from April 2022 to September 2022.

Prior to Videoly, Brendan worked as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Sandbox Software Solutions from June 2021 to April 2022.

Brendan also served as a Digital Consultant at Business Centre Guelph Wellington from January 2021 to May 2021, and as a Digital Service Squad - Team Lead from July 2020 to December 2020.

Additionally, Brendan has experience as a Resident Support Aide at Chartwell Retirement Residences from May 2020 to August 2020, an E-Sports Facilitator at the University of Guelph in June 2020, and as a Basketball & Residence League Sport Facilitator at the University of Guelph from September 2019 to March 2020.

Brendan Opie's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Westdale Secondary School and obtained a High School Diploma in 2015. Following this, from 2015 to 2020, Brendan attended Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce - Honours (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Marketing Management. Throughout their time at university, Brendan also participated in a cooperative education program.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Brendan has obtained several certifications. In January 2015, they acquired a Standard First Aid CPR C/AED certification. Then, in February 2020, Brendan obtained a Class G Driver's License from the Ontario Government. Finally, in April 2020, Brendan obtained a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Guelph.
