Bryan Roy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bryan started their career in 1999 as an Office Clerk at Cunningham Lindsey, where they managed internal network operations and data entry. In 2000, they joined Nordia Inc. as a 411 Agent and Coach, providing customer service for Bell Canada. Bryan then moved to Couche-Tard in 2004 as a Manager, handling customer service, ordering, inventory, and recruitment. Since 2007, Bryan has been working at Vidéotron, initially as a Technical Support Adviser and later as a Team Manager responsible for customer technical support. Bryan played a key role in team management, recruitment, and integration, helping to double the center's workforce. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Control Tower Manager, overseeing technical operations. In February 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Operations Management Manager.

Bryan Roy's education history includes a Clearing course in Administration and Information Technology at Université Laval in 2002. Prior to that, they completed an AEC in General Microcomputing at Collège d'électronique de Québec from 1998 to 2000. For their secondary education, they attended E.S.L.E from 1988 to 1992.
