Joanie Lefrancois

Joanie Lefrancois has extensive experience in training and management, currently serving as a Formatrice at Vidéotron since May 2011. In this role, Joanie has held various positions, including gestionnaire formation diffusion service à la clientèle and conseillère à la formation. Prior to Vidéotron, Joanie worked as Directrice at Énergie Cardio from March 2006 to June 2009, further solidifying expertise in leadership and training within customer service sectors.
