Mary Samaan

Mary Samaan has extensive work experience in credit risk and collections. Mary started their career in 2006 at Desjardins, where they held various roles, including Director of Accounts in the Intervention Unit for Enterprises and Director of the Consumer Credit Section. Mary then became the Director of Accounts in the Customer Contact Center for Collections. In 2018, they joined Videotron as the Senior Director of Credit Risk and Collections. Mary currently holds this position and is responsible for managing credit risk and collections strategies.

Mary Samaan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Concordia University. In addition, they have obtained the certification "Defi 100 jours" from L'effet A in 2020 and the certification "Ceinture Jaune / Yellow Belt" from Lean Six Sigma Canada.
