Brett Talbot, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2019. In 2007, they worked as a Trainer and Teacher for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints: Seminaries and Institutes of Religion and as a Teaching Assistant/Mentor for Alpine School District. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at the University of Houston as a Distant Education Instructor/Teaching Assistant and Practicum Student/Intern. From 2011 to 2014, they were an Adjunct Faculty and Counseling Pre-Doc Psychology Resident at Utah Valley University. In 2014, they became the Chief Clinical Officer - Provo Canyon School for UHS. Brett Talbot holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston, which they obtained in 2012. Brett also holds a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University, which they obtained in 2008. Talbot has also obtained several certifications, including an Agile Scrum Master from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2020, a Project Management - Healthcare certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2018, a Lean Six Sigma - Healthcare Management certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2015, a Nuerofeedback certification from EEG Info in 2014, a Licensed Psychologist certification from the State of Utah in 2014, and a QPR Suicide Prevention Instructor certification from the QPR Institute in 2011.
