Lidia Pacheco Oilimo has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as an Order Coordinator and Salesforce key user at Elisa Videra since July 2017, Lidia manages the entire order creation process, including handling order petitions and creating quotes for hardware and service products. Previous roles include Deployment Manager, responsible for pre and post-implementation reviews, and Service Desk Agent, focusing on support requests from international customers.
