Lidia Pacheco Oilimo has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as an Order Coordinator and Salesforce key user at Elisa Videra since July 2017, Lidia manages the entire order creation process, including handling order petitions and creating quotes for hardware and service products. Previous roles include Deployment Manager, responsible for pre and post-implementation reviews, and Service Desk Agent, focusing on support requests from international customers. Lidia's earlier experience includes working as a Lead Generation Specialist at Aberdeen Group, where expertise in the telecommunications industry was developed, and as a Teleoperadora/Agente de Reservas at RAINBOW COMUNICACIONES S.L., providing customer service in the UK. Lidia also worked at Hospital Universitario de Helsinki, maintaining cleanliness and assisting with patient transfers, and gained customer service experience at Autos Divasa. Lidia holds a degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
