Stephen Jenkins

Stephen Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Stephen'smost recent role was as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Videri Inc. starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Diversified. As the Vice President of Innovation, they led the innovation efforts for Diversified's Workplace Business Unit and transformed core offerings to align with business outcomes. Stephen also served as the Vice President of Sales - Digital and Managed Services, where they achieved 20% YoY bookings growth and improved client success and renewals, reducing churn from 12% to 8%. Stephen also held the role of Vice President, General Manager of Global Services, where they led the organization to deliver comprehensive support and managed services, restructuring to reduce costs and improve service delivery. Before that, Stephen was the Senior Director - Intelligent Technology Solutions, where they expanded the ITS practice into a business unit P&L and established Diversified's XaaS offerings. Stephen also worked as the Director - Intelligent Technology Solutions, Director of Technical Operations - Unified Communications, and UC Solution Architect in different capacities at Diversified. Prior to joining Diversified, Stephen worked as a Senior Associate of Network Operation at Hyundai Information Services North America and as a Network Manager at SAIC. Stephen began their career as a System Administrator at Bank of Upson.

Stephen Jenkins earned their associate degree in Network Specialist from Flint River Technical College, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from Upson-Lee High School in 2005. Additionally, Stephen holds several certifications, including Microsoft Teams Rooms Solution Sales Professional from Microsoft (obtained in October 2022), CCDA, CCNA, CCNA-Voice, CCNP, CCNP-Voice, CS-CCSS1, CS-CIPCCES, CS-CUSS, and CS-CTSS from Cisco (obtained between June 2012 to December 2012).
