Varsha S. is a lawyer and research fellow with experience in corporate law, financial regulation, economics, and public policy. Varsha has provided legal research, policy guidance, and legislative drafting support on various economic law-making projects for the Government of India. Previously, Varsha worked at JSA and AZB & Partners, focusing on M&A transactions, general corporate advisory, securities regulation, and governance-related matters. Varsha holds a Law (Honours) degree from Jindal Global Law School and a Higher Secondary degree in Business from Sanskriti School in New Delhi.
