Marcos Versteeg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and sectors. Marcos co-founded and served as the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Vidi | BR, a brand monitoring company that worked with various well-known brands. Marcos also held the position of Board Member at Cultura Inglesa. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Masima, a consulting company specializing in trade and retail marketing. Marcos also worked at WPP as the Director for Training & Insights, responsible for consulting and delivering insights on shopper, trade, and brand marketing understanding. Marcos also worked at Integration Consulting, where they were a Manager and later returned to develop a business unit focused on executive training. Marcos had a managerial role at Nokia as Manager for Nokia Academy Latin America. Marcos started their career at Integration Consulting as a Consultant, working on various consulting projects across different countries. Marcos has also worked at Porto Seguro as a Marketing Analyst and had an internship in Marketing at ASSA ABLOY Brasil.
Marcos Versteeg completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1996 to 1999. Marcos then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Group Dynamics from SBDG - Sociedade Brasileira de Dinâmica dos Grupos from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Marcos attended Colégio Santa Cruz from 1992 to 1994, where they completed their College education.
