Ilham Ramadhan

Ilham Ramadhan's work experience begins in 2018 as a Research Assistant at Universitas Padjadjaran, where they conducted interviews with business actors and institutions. In 2019, they worked at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia as a Directorate of ASEAN Negotiation, responsible for organizing trading articles and assisting with meeting agendas. In 2020, Ilham worked briefly as a Book Author for Laditri Karya, writing a collection of poetry. Ilham also participated in a youth model United Nations event as a Delegate of Asia Youth International Model United Model Nation. In 2021, Ilham joined Sahabat Karir Indonesia as a Host and Facilitator for events. Later that year, they joined Mobile Premier League (MPL) as a Business Development Executive, successfully managing payment channels and running a prominent online chess tournament. Ilham was later promoted to Commercial Excellence and Business Development, where they achieved sponsorship goals and assisted with vendor negotiation and marketing. Most recently, Ilham joined Vidio as a Gamification Assistant Manager in 2022.

Ilham Ramadhan pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from Universitas Padjadjaran from 2017 to 2021, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In addition, Ilham obtained a certification in "The Strategy of Content Marketing" from University California through Coursera in September 2020.
