Muhammad Hilmy

Muhammad Hilmy's work experience includes working as an Information Technology Operations Engineer at Vidio since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta from August 2016 to June 2019, where they were involved in configuring network hardware, adding new features to the website, and maintaining the website. Muhammad also worked as a Network Operations Center and Data Center Engineer at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia in February and March 2017. In this role, they installed, configured, and supported network equipment, maximized network performance through monitoring and troubleshooting, and resolved various network and system problems.

Muhammad Hilmy's education history begins in 2016 when they attended SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 7, where they focused on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Muhammad completed their secondary education at this institution in 2018.

Following that, from 2018 to 2022, Hilmy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics at the University of Gunadarma. During their time at university, they acquired a broad understanding of informatics.

Alongside their formal education, Hilmy also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the "Belajar Dasar Pemrograman Web" certification from Dicoding Indonesia. In 2021, they achieved two certifications from Cisco: "CCNA: Introduction to Networks" in February and "CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials" in April. Later in 2021, they earned the "Cloud Practitioner Essentials (Belajar Dasar AWS Cloud)" certification from Dicoding Indonesia.

In 2022, Hilmy obtained multiple certifications, including "NSE 1 Network Security Associate," "NSE 2 Network Security Associate," and "NSE 3 Network Security Associate" from Fortinet. Muhammad also completed the "Architecting on AWS (Membangun Arsitektur Cloud di AWS)" certification from Dicoding Indonesia. Furthermore, they acquired the "Belajar Jaringan Komputer untuk Pemula" certification from Dicoding Indonesia and the "IPV6-Sage" certification from Hurricane Electric, both obtained in September.

Overall, Muhammad Hilmy has a solid educational background in the field of Informatics, supported by various certifications related to computer networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
