Shafira Namira Aulia

Shafira Namira Aulia has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Shafira Namira started their career as a Vice Head of Event Division at Festival Indonesia in 2017, where they were responsible for organizing cultural performances and promoting Indonesian products to residents in Russia. Shafira Namira then worked as a Russian Interpreter at the Defense Attache Office, providing translation services for Indonesians visiting Russia.

In 2019, Shafira served as a Publications Staff at Psychology Seminar 2019 and as a Public Relations Staff at Olimpiade Ilmiah Mahasiswa UI. Shafira Namira also worked as a Student Ambassador at Cicil.co.id, a financing platform in South East Asia.

Shafira later joined Introduction To Psychology as the Vice Head of Public Relations and Ticketing, where they managed the ITP 2020 roadshow and ticketing process. Shafira Namira then worked as a Campus Ambassador and Master of Ceremonies at Diceritain, an integrated peer-counseling service in Indonesia, where they spread awareness about mental health and facilitated webinars.

In 2021, Shafira interned as a Human Resources Intern at PT. Barunaraya Logistics and as a Recruitment Intern at HiredToday. Shafira Namira'sresponsibilities included sourcing potential candidates, participating in the recruitment process, and coordinating interviews.

Currently, Shafira works at Vidio, starting in 2022. Shafira Namira has held roles in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, where they are responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, pipelining candidates, and conducting employee onboarding programs.

Overall, Shafira has gained valuable experience in event organizing, public relations, recruitment, and human resources throughout their career.

Shafira Namira Aulia completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute in 2017 and 2018, where they studied Russian Language and Literature. From 2015 to 2017, they attended the Indonesian School of Moscow and focused on Natural Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Shafira obtained several certifications, including Basic Concept of Human Resources and Payroll Processing from Mekari University in June 2023, Applied Research and Design (User Experience) from Udemy in August 2021, Recruiting and Hiring (Version 3) from Eazl in August 2021, and Recruiting: Talent & Acquisition & Hiring from Udemy in July 2021.
