Dimitri Caldeira has extensive work experience in various industries and roles.

DIMITRI started their career at Duratex as a Process Engineer, where they implemented technical innovations and process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and reduced scrap levels.

DIMITRI then worked at COSIPA as a Product Engineer, overseeing the development of steel products for different industries, such as automotive, construction, and oil & gas.

Next, Dimitri joined Sabó as a Project Manager, leading projects for continuous improvement and designing production lines to ensure high-quality output and adaptability to changing demands.

DIMITRI then moved to DUCOCO as a New Business Manager, where they managed projects for a new production plant and implemented strategic planning for the company's core business.

After that, Dimitri worked at Leons Manufacturing as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing projects for mining industry clients and managing a unionized farm equipment fabrication shop.

DIMITRI then joined Honey Bee Mfg LTD as a Production Engineering Manager/R&D Manager, where they were responsible for product development and implementation, as well as quality management.

Currently, Dimitri is the Director of Engineering at Vidir, where they lead a team of engineers and technicians, supports sales and customer service, introduces technological solutions to products, and builds a collaborative cross-functional team.

Throughout their career, Dimitri has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills, driving improvements in performance, throughput, and product quality.

Dimitri Caldeira has a Master's degree in Industrial Process from the Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnologicas, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2002 and 2004. DIMITRI also holds a Basch Engineering degree in Metallurgical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they obtained from 1991 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Dimitri has obtained several certifications, including "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence," "Learn Industrial Automation," "Strategic Thinking," "Chief Technology Officer Career Guide," and "Programming Foundations: Fundamentals" from LinkedIn in 2019. DIMITRI also has a certification as a Professional Engineer from APEGS, obtained in 2013. Furthermore, Dimitri has completed courses in French fluency (Elementary level) on Duolingo, estimated to have been completed in 2015 and 2016.
