Senior Network & System Engineer

Our developed systems empower our customers to deliver Live as well as On-Demand Video Streaming to their audience, store and share multimedia content as well as perform Video and Audio Analysis using Machine Learning.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals in Windows

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

• Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking

• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges

• Maintain overall ownership of client’s issue and service, ensuring that they receive resolution within a committed SLA

• Ability to configure network switches, firewalls, VLANs and wireless access point

Skills Required:

• Experience working with Office 365 & MS Azure Active Directory.
• Experience managing Firewalls.
• Can administer and manage the endpoint security.
• Ability to manage the overall WAN setup and coordinate with ISPs / Vendors for optimal performance.
• Configure and maintain network switches.
• Troubleshoot connectivity & Hardware related issues.

Qualification / Experience:

• Bachelor’s  Degree in Computer Science.

• At least 8+ years of experience of Network & Security in Microsoft environment.

• Experience implementing IT security policies to protect the organization's overall network from cyber-attacks would be a plus.
