Paulo Mateus

Paulo Mateus currently serves as the Head of HR Operations for Portugal at Vidrala, a position held since September 2004, after previously working as a Human Resources Manager at the same organization. Prior experience includes leading the Human Resources Department at GS Moldes, S.A. from 2002 to August 2004 and a similar role at AFA, Produção de Moldes, S.A. from 1999 to 2002. Paulo Mateus holds a Degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Lusófona, a Postgraduate in Health and Safety at Work from INDEG/ISCTE, an Advanced Postgraduate in Human Resource Management from ISLA, and an MBA in Gestão from Universidade de Deusto.
