David G Burns

David G Burns has had a long and varied career in the media industry. In 2012, they began as an Assistant Editor at Yellow Duck, followed by a role as an Edit Assistant at the BBC in the same year. In 2013, they worked as an Edit Assistant at ITN, as well as a Motion Graphic Artist at Burdows. In 2014, they held two roles, one as a Motion Graphics/Video Editor at Fifty Fifty Post and one as a Motion Graphics/Video Editor at JML (John Mills Limited). From 2017 to 2019, they were a Motion Graphic Artist at Alumina Studios. Finally, in 2019 they became a Motion Design Lead and a Motion Graphic Designer at Vidsy. In 2020, they set himself a challenge to become a TikTok Influencer, which they achieved and has since worked with brands and musicians to create bespoke animations.

David G Burns attended the University of Winchester from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Film & Cinema Technologies and Meida Production. Prior to that, they attended Cardiff High School from 2000 to 2006.
