Emma Hernández Bryden

Emma Hernández Bryden has worked in various roles since 2014. Emma began their career at This Is Root as a Designer in 2014, where they designed tube station posters, art exhibition objects, and a Cartoon Network event stands. Additionally, they assisted in casting and production of a motion capture feature length film.

In 2016, Emma began working at Vidsy, first as a Product Manager, then as a Senior Product Manager. As Product Manager, they created a video rating system and fantasy football-style creator selection algorithm, resulting in a 76% reduction in time taken to complete selection and a 15% increase in the number of unique creators selected per month. Additionally, they delivered a whole host of platform features including payments flows, data and video management tools and a product changelog. As Senior Product Manager, they created and executed a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and led meetings within the product and engineering teams as well as the wider business including sprint organisation, business prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and user research workshops. Emma also developed a product tracker for the wider business. Finally, Emma held the role of Community Manager and Creative Lead at Vidsy.

Emma Hernández Bryden attended Wallington High School For Girls from 2004 to 2011, where they obtained a High School degree. Emma then went on to attend Arts University Bournemouth from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. In September 2020, Emma obtained a Analytics Mastery Course Certificate from Mixpanel.
