Adam McKerlie is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Vidyard since January 2025, Adam previously held director roles at Replicant and Sentry, where responsibilities included leading teams, aligning engineering initiatives with business goals, and mentoring engineers. Adam's career began at G Adventures, progressing from Software Engineer to Director of Software Engineering, overseeing key eCommerce and operational systems. Additionally, Adam founded Steeply, a tea subscription service, and has held engineering positions at TELUS and Rogers Communications. Adam holds a Bachelor of Computing Honours in Computer Science from the University of Guelph.
