Katie Hanratty is an experienced professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Vidyard since October 2019, having previously held roles as a Customer Success Executive and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Vidyard, Katie worked at CoreAVI as an Inside Sales Manager, supporting international sales representatives to ensure customer needs were met with appropriate documentation and product information.
