Shyam Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in outreach, admissions, and career services. Currently serving as the Associate Director at Vidyashilp University since March 2021, Shyam previously held the role of Head of University Placements & Admissions (MBA) at Alliance University from July 2012 to March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Business & Servicing at IVS hre Consulting Pvt Ltd, specializing in exclusive campus hiring for CITI Bank in India and the Middle East, as well as acting as a Team Leader at Planman Consulting, where engagement with major clients in the BFSI sector took place.
