Bilal Kabaklı

Bilal Kabaklı has a diverse range of work experience in product management and leadership roles. Bilal is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Vidyodan, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Product Officer at Vidyodan from May 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Vidyodan, Kabaklı worked at OMMA as the Head of Product from August 2020 to December 2021. Bilal was responsible for leading product management activities for a new product called OMMA VQ, which helped companies create personalized non-rendered videos.

Kabaklı also held positions at Modanisa, where they served as the Director of Product Management from March 2019 to February 2020. Bilal then transitioned to the role of Head of Product Management from March 2018 to February 2019 at the same company. At Modanisa, they led product management, design, and project management teams and was involved in backlog management, prioritization, and creating the product roadmap.

Prior to Modanisa, Kabaklı worked at puhutv, a subsidiary of Dogus Holdings. Bilal served as the Head of Product Management from December 2015 to November 2017. During their time there, they played a key role in developing and launching the puhutv.com project, which targeted the streaming of TV series and movies in Turkey.

Earlier in their career, Kabaklı worked as a Senior Product Manager at eBay Inc. | gittigidiyor from October 2014 to December 2015. Bilal also served as a Product Manager at Trendyol Group from November 2013 to October 2014. In both roles, they contributed to the growth and success of these e-commerce platforms in Turkey.

Additionally, Kabaklı gained experience as a Product Manager at Startup Kitchen (a.k.a. Tart New Media) from September 2011 to November 2013. Bilal also worked as a Support Team Member at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from October 2007 to June 2011 and as a Project Intern at 4play Digital Workshop in January and February 2011.
