Vie Athletics
Lauren McCrossin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, recruitment, and customer service. Currently serving as a Strength Coach at Vie Athletics since October 2019, Lauren has also held various accounting and customer service roles at Robert Half from October 2022 to November 2023. Prior experience includes positions such as Recruiting Manager at JeffreyM Consulting and Professional Recruiter at Aston Carter. Lauren's career began in account management with Sharp Electronics Corporation USA and Alsco, followed by a role as Staffing Manager at CareerStaff Unlimited and an Educator position at lululemon. Additionally, Lauren demonstrated leadership as the Head Volleyball Coach at Lake Tapps Volleyball Club from 2013 to 2017. Lauren holds a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Pre-Physical Therapy Studies from Pacific Lutheran University, completed in 2015.
