Susanne Boot

Susanne Boot has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Susanne started their career as an HR coordinator at St. Paul International Insurance Company in 2002. Susanne then moved to KWF Kankerbestrijding, where they worked as an Allround HR advisor, focusing on various projects related to restructuring the organization, evaluating functions, and improving employee benefits. In 2009, they joined VIE People | B Corp Certified as the Head of VIE People Rotterdam. In this role, they provided adaptive HR services and products for scaling companies, leveraging their experience in over 150 scale-ups. Additionally, they worked as an HR consultant, sparring partner, and project manager at VIE People, where they excelled in getting things done.

Susanne Boot attended Hogeschool Haarlem from 1997 to 2001, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in HRM.
