Wendy Van Ierschot

Wendy Van Ierschot is an accomplished founder and CEO with extensive experience in the human resources and tech sectors. As the Chair of the Supervisory Board and founder of VIE People, a B Corp Certified consultancy focused on supporting innovative companies, Wendy has established a strong presence in HR consultancy and co-sourcing since February 2002. Additionally, Wendy serves as CEO of MT/Sprout and is the founder of VIE Tech Capital, which provides strategic seed capital for people-focused tech startups. Wendy holds various leadership roles, including board member at The Ex'tax Project and active member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization Nederland. Wendy's educational credentials include programs at prestigious institutions, such as Harvard Business School and INSEAD, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Leiden University.
